Blacklaw Wind Farm 2016

A team from our rope access division were mobilised to Forth, Scotland to carry out essential maintenance work on various 2.3 megawatt wind turbines.

Equinox were tasked with the cable installtions on 6 wind turbines using rope access & rigging.

Access to the working areas was achieved using a team of IRATA trained rope access technicians using industrial rope access methods and techniques.

This project was carried out over 4 months using 6 Equinox, GWO/IRATA trained technicians.

The project was carried out safely and within the estimated time scale.
