Equinox Access was contracted to carry out ultrasonic thickness testing on the walls of 14 storage tanks, located at the Liberian Petroleum Refinery plant.

A team from our non-destructive testing division were mobilised to West Africa to carry out the necessary works. On completion of the testing, a comprehensive report was generated and submitted back to the client, detailing all findings.

Access to the working areas was achieved using a team of IRATA trained rope access technicians using industrial rope access methods and techniques. The project was carried out safely and within the estimated time scale.
